"Dixie Lilies" is a 16" x12" oil on a flat panel. I was taking a painting workshop with Marjorie Hicks last Friday and during the afternoon session we could chose our subject. I chose this still life, loosely placed in a polka-dotted vase. We were to stick to only 4 values. Marjorie is a great teacher. If you have a chance, take one of her workshops.
